Historically, the Ridgway Area School District (RASD) has graduated approximately 50 to 200 students annually, with higher numbers observed during the ‘Baby Boomer’ era. Many alumni have chosen to remain within the local community to establish careers and families, while others have pursued higher education, vocational training, military service, or alternative career paths. A notable portion of graduates has contributed significantly to society across various sectors, including science, arts, literature, politics, and social activism, thereby fostering positive societal development.
Recognition of achievements serves as a model for others, especially our young “Elkers”, highlighting the potential for future success and emphasizing the importance of giving back.
